We want you to love your results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your StriVectin purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. Please note that products must be at least half full to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
